Terms, privacy and how your data is handled

Terms of service

dsiq.ai is provided by Digital Sportsman as a software service to nonprofit organizations. By creating an account you agree to use the platform only for lawful fundraising on behalf of an organization you are authorized to represent.

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance and may be cancelled at any time from Plan & billing; access continues to the end of the paid period. The platform fee described on the pricing page applies to donations processed through the platform on the applicable plan.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your organization's tax status, EIN and receipt language, and for reviewing any AI-generated content before it reaches a donor.

Privacy

We collect the account information you provide, the donor and donation records created by your fundraising activity, and standard technical logs. Donation and donor records belong to your organization and are isolated from every other organization on the platform.

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors required to run the service — Stripe for payments, DS Relay for transactional email, and our hosting and AI providers — each limited to what the function requires.

You may request export or deletion of your organization's data at any time by writing to hello@dsiq.ai. Records required for tax or financial compliance may be retained for the period the law requires.

Payments and card data

All card entry happens on Stripe-hosted checkout and portal pages. dsiq.ai never receives, stores or processes raw card numbers.

Donations settle to your own Stripe connected account on your payout schedule. Digital Sportsman does not hold donated funds; the platform fee is collected as a Stripe application fee at the time of the transaction.

AI processing

AI features operate on a snapshot of your own organization's data, scoped server-side. One organization's records are never used to answer another organization's question, and your data is not used to train third-party foundation models.

AI output is a draft. The legally significant fields on a donation receipt — amount, date, EIN and deductibility statement — are always read from the stored transaction record and never generated by a model.
