How it works

Live in an afternoon, running on rails after that

dsiq.ai is deliberately boring where it counts: the money goes straight to you, the legal record is the transaction itself, and AI stays on the drafting side of the line.

01

Create your organization

Sign up, pick a plan and dsiq.ai provisions your organization with fee defaults you can adjust at any time.

02

Connect your payouts

Complete a short verification for your nonprofit and link your bank. Funds settle directly to your account — dsiq.ai never holds your money.

03

Publish and let AI work

Draft a campaign with AI, publish the branded giving page, and let receipts, insights and donor comms run from day one.

What happens when someone gives

  1. 1

    The donor gives

A supporter opens your branded giving page, picks one-time or monthly, chooses an amount and decides whether to cover fees. That single choice is all their browser sends.

  2. 2

The math happens on our side

dsiq.ai looks up your organization's fee settings, computes the exact amount, and hands the donor a secure checkout — nothing about the money is decided in the browser.

  3. 3

Card entry stays on hosted checkout

Payment details are collected on bank-grade hosted pages. No card data ever reaches dsiq.ai's code or database.

  4. 4

The gift is recorded once, correctly

The completed payment — not a form submission — is what writes the donor, donation and recurring-plan record, so your books match the bank.

  5. 5

    The receipt goes out

A branded 501(c)(3) receipt sends through DS Relay, with amount, date, EIN and deductibility language read straight from the stored transaction.

  6. 6

You get paid, and get insight

Funds settle into your own account on your payout schedule, and the new gift immediately feeds dashboards, insights and the AI assistant.

Your donor file stays yours

Every record in dsiq.ai belongs to exactly one organization. Dashboards, exports and AI answers only ever see your supporters — and nothing about them is used to answer anyone else's question or train a shared model.

  • Your donor data is never pooled with another organization's
  • Gift records come from the completed payment, not a web form
  • AI drafts; an admin reviews before anything sends
  • Card details never touch dsiq.ai

Common questions

Who holds the donations?
You do. Gifts are processed on your own connected Stripe account and paid out on your own schedule. dsiq.ai is never a custodian of your funds.
What does the platform fee cover?
It covers dsiq.ai — hosting, AI, receipts and support — and half of what we earn on it goes back to our conservation partners. If the donor chooses to cover fees, they pay it; if not, it comes out of the gift. Custom plans can run at 0%.
Do we have to be an outdoors organization?
No. We build for conservation, watershed, wildlife, sportsmen's and parks groups because that's the world we work in — but dsiq.ai runs fundraising for any 501(c)(3).
Does the AI ever see another organization's data?
No. Every AI answer is built from one organization's records only. Your donors are invisible to every other customer, by design.
Can AI write our tax receipts?
No — by design. The legal fields on a 501(c)(3) receipt (amount, date, EIN, deductibility statement) are read from the stored transaction. AI never generates them.
Do donors need an account?
Never. Donors give on a hosted, secure checkout and manage a recurring gift from a link — there's no password for them to create or forget.
